And if these aren’t enough for you,
    Don’t despair cause here’s a few.
There’s FBI, CIA and DHS too.
Think that’s all? Think we’re through?
Well throw IRS into the stew.
NOW is that enough for you?

    (Who can keep it going?)
(I don’t mind if they look like Bunz 😉

    Government Spying is nothing new.
It started when people were few.
But there is more in this modern to do.
    Corporations are doing it too.
Monsanto and Dupont and and even Macado’s,
They all know things about you.

It remains old comic lore, “Who watches the watchers?” in the [Watchmen] series of long ago by Alan Moore.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? – “Who watches the watchmen?” traditionally attributed to the Roman poet Juvenal from his Satires (Satire VI, lines 347–8), dated to the 1st/2nd Century AD… (Though some think that it may have been a later addition to the text) but in any case, the quote goes back a ways…

Now, returning to our Paranoid Poetry Corner…
*Ahem* – There was an young man from Nantucket,
Who’s Cel Phone went dead, so he chucked it…
    One night while ashore,
    he met a young wh… or-err…

ahh… That really isn’t the correct genre, is it??

    “Roman poet Juvenal….”
Ok, now I’m trying to figure out whether I’m seeing Bullwinkle’s Poetry Corner or Improbable History with Mr. Peabody.

    How’s that for classical reference?
(Hey Bill, the one is almost as old as the other.)
    Shaddup.
