If the kid saw what the gun previously did, and Bunz total lack of concern with releasing that much fire power against the actor heroes, then he is definitely not playing with a full deck to charge in like a runaway train, demanding to get the gun. Bunz might give it to him barrel first. She does think of him as no more than a undeveloped bug, and has said so.
Hey, lots of selfish-brat kids are fascinated with explosions and mindless destruction! (For that matter, so are a lot of bratty adults!) So why wouldn’t the little creep want a real, live zap-gun? At least he’s forgotten Katz for the moment…
